James Urban Kirkman, III, 66, of Amarillo, TX passed away on March 8, 2021.

Services will be at 6:00 P.M., Thursday, March 11, 2021, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with The Rev. Jo Roberts Craig officiating. Burial will be at Forest Park Cemetery in Houston, TX. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

James was born in San Angelo, TX on December 5, 1954, to Connie and Jay Kirkman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Connie Kirkman.

Survivors include his two sisters, Carla Olson and husband Michael, and Karen Chudej; two nephews, Kirk Chudej and Philip Olson; one niece, Kayla Olson; and cousin, Frank Carmichael.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Amarillo S.P.A.C, P.O. Box 1014 Amarillo, Texas 79105, and St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 1601 S. Georgia St. Amarillo, Texas 79102.
