Doug Myers, 65, of Amarillo, TX died Friday, August 7, 2020.

Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 15, 2020, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd, with Robbie Ashlock officiating.

Doug was born April 20, 1955, to John and Neva Myers, in Amarillo, TX.  He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1973.

He loved NASCAR, motorcycles, The Dallas Cowboys, basketball, and playing golf.  Doug was a member of Polk Street United Methodist Church.

Preceded in death by nephew, John Crabb.

Survivors include a brother, John Richard Myers III, of Boerne, TX; three sisters, Lynda Couch, of Austin, and Susan Fleetwood, and Barbara Crabb and husband Don, all of Amarillo; his two cats, Kimbo and Baby Girl; nephews, Daniel Couch, and Rich Fleetwood; nieces, Sinclair Fleetwood, Andrea Wofford, Sarah Myers, Vanessa Myers, and Carrie Bittner; great-nephews and nieces, Julien, Elodie, Luke, Elliot, Lane, Jayde, and Parker. His nieces and nephews were his kids.
